Business Embodiment Coach | Mentor | Founder of Embodied Business & The Embodied Business Podcast

I wasn’t born the “embodied” woman. I built her.

Before I led multi–six-figure businesses and mentored powerhouse women across the world, I wore a military uniform.

I came from the military, where softness was weakness, and strength meant shutting down every tender part of me that could feel.

After leaving that world, I built a personal training business — driven, disciplined, and dangerously addicted to performance.

I could outwork anyone.

But I couldn’t outwork my nervous system.

The success looked good from the outside — full client list, long days, solid money — but inside?

My body was screaming.
My nervous system was fried.
And my heart felt like a stranger.

The Turning Point

It wasn’t until I fell pregnant that life cracked me open.

Every layer of control I’d built had to fall away.
I couldn’t hustle my way through motherhood.
I couldn’t force myself into balance.

Pregnancy showed me the truth — my nervous system had been the invisible ceiling all along.

Every strategy I’d built was sitting on survival.

That’s when everything changed.

I learned to rebuild from power, not panic.
From structure, not strain.

From a body that felt safe to hold success.

And when I did — everything multiplied.

My business doubled.
My relationships deepened.
My energy returned.

And I realized: this is what women were craving all along — sustainable, embodied power.

The Work Today

My work has evolved far beyond teaching women how to grow a business.

Because what I began to see — again and again — was this:

The real ceiling in a woman’s life is rarely strategy.

It is the capacity of the woman holding it all.

Her nervous system.
Her standards.
Her willingness to lead herself honestly.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of women building powerful companies, and the truth became undeniable.

The most successful women were not the ones doing the most.

They were the ones who had developed the internal leadership to hold more life, more responsibility, more money, and more truth without abandoning themselves.

This is the work now.

Inside my mentorship spaces, I guide women through the deeper architecture of leadership — where business, identity, relationships and nervous system capacity all intersect.

Not just scaling revenue.

But becoming the woman capable of leading a life that requires more of her.

Because when a woman’s internal leadership is anchored…

Her business stops feeling like something she must constantly push.

It becomes something she directs.

Her standards sharpen.
Her decisions become cleaner.
Her presence becomes unmistakable.

And the way she moves through the world begins to change everything around her.

This is the deeper work behind The Art of Woman.

The place where a woman no longer performs strength…

She embodies leadership.

And from there, the way she builds her business, her relationships, and her life can never again be small.

My Philosophy

You don’t need to work harder.
You need to work truer.

Your business should be strong enough to hold you —
even on the days you cannot hold everything yourself.

Your wealth should mirror your capacity,
not the level of exhaustion you have learned to tolerate.

And the next level of your life should not feel like burnout waiting to happen.

It should feel like coming home to the woman you were always meant to lead as.

This is where structure meets soul.

Where strategy is anchored in self-leadership.

Where business stops demanding your life —
and starts moving with you.

Welcome, my love.

This is the work of building powerful companies from nervous system stability and feminine precision — so you can lead, live, and love from your full expression.
